A Struggling Affiliate Marketer Never Sleeps

Affiliate marketing... most of us know what a pain in the butt it can be
promoting other peoples products for some extra cash or even for a living.
When you are first starting out and are a complete newbie to affiliate
marketing this business can be like the worst jungle in the world.
No sleep, no food, no rest, no fun... just work.. work... work...
You don't want this so listen carefully because what I'm going to tell
you is going to make all the difference in the world for your affiliate
promotions from now on.
Follow this 3 step formula and you are going to succeed.
Step 1: A simple but powerful lead generation page.
If you are new to the subject of making a website don't worry about this
step so much. It's actually one of the easiest things to do. Many people
fail at affiliate marketing because they fear this step so much that they
won't even try to take action on it.
Remember the first time you tried to ride a bike? It seemed like to
hardest thing you could possibly take on. But it got a lot easier after a
few crashes. My point is that there is nothing in the world you know how to
do unless you try it.
You don't even have to learn html if you don't want to, but it's never a
bad idea to get the hang of it a little. Just go to google.com and search
for "free html editor" or something similar.
Step 2: An autoresponder that is pre-loaded with high quality content.
It doesn't matter how much you try to avoid this step, you need it. This
way you are going to build your list of highly targeted prospects. If you
don't have a way to capture the name and email address of your visitors you
are going to fail at affiliate marketing and you are going to fail hard.
You need to setup a opt-in form on your one-page capture page and promote
that page like crazy. You can just ask people to hand over their name and
email for nothing, so you are going to provide them with some quality
content like a free report, 7 day e-course or some other bonus you think
people would have use of.
Don't just give your subscribers a lot of crap. You need to give them
something valuable so they stick with you until you gain their thrust and
make the sale.
Step 3: Use your affiliate url as the thank you page.
This is the easiest step. When you create your new email list you will
use a "thank you" page that your visitors will end up on after they
subscribe. This "thank you" page will be your affiliate program url you are
trying to promote. Your visitors subscribe and when they do they are sent
over to your affiliate program sales page. Now when you have their name and
email they don't have to buy the product right away.
That's it... Try it and you can start sleeping like a baby every night
for life.
