The Super Affiliate Secret Weapon

If you want to be a regular affiliate and make some money, you don't need a website. But if you want to be a "Super Affiliate" and make tons of cash you have to use mini-websites.

Mini-websites are the affiliate marketing secret weapon. They are small websites of usually 2 to 3 pages that promotes just one product or a small number of closely related products. The mini-website has a single purpose and sells to a focused market. It doesn't try to be all things to all people. It gets a reader to make a decision. Essentially, a mini-website says "Here's what I've got. Here's what it can do for you. Do you want it-yes or no?"

Mini-sites sell products like crazy, because readers don't have to wade through a ton of junk to find what they are looking for. They act like traffic magnets because they take advantage of search engine secrets used by the pros. As an affiliate, mini-sites are easy to use because you can create your own site within hours. It's also easy to keep costs to a minimum.

There are four basic types of mini-sites. The first, and most important, is a site used purely to collect an e-mail address. It offers something free (a newsletter, e-course, etc) to entice a reader to provide an e-mail address. It is vital that you obtain e-mail addresses because it will allow you to make repeated offers. The next most important mini-site is one that sells your own product or service. There are also mini-sites that provide an affiliate link to someone's product or service that you are promoting. You can create a site for each sponsor. Finally, there are mini-sites that act as article archives.

One of the best things about using mini-sites, for the marketer, is that they are easy to set up. If you know the difference between the right and left click on your mouse, know how to create a Microsoft Word document and know how to copy and paste, than you can create your own site. For instruction, simply go to Google and type "how to build a mini website" in the search bar. You'll be bombarded with all kinds of free tutorials. If you're still intimidated there are paid products that can walk you through the whole process.

To promote your mini-site, you can borrow articles that are related to your topic and post them on your site. The author of the article gets promoted, and you can collect the e-mail addresses that you want. It's easy, win-win and, best of all, totally free.

Don't waste time being just an affiliate. Be a "Super Affiliate" and create your own profitable mini-sites.
