How to Earn Money with Google´s AdSense in your Websiteby Alex Timaios
Are you a webmaster ? If you already own a website, with high probability you may be interested to get some cash on it. The topic of your website is absolutely irrelevant (as long as it compliant with google´s requirement). It may be a Website about your pets, scuba-diving, astrology, Home-Businesses, your own pictures from last saturday´s party. If you do not have an own website, it´s time to get one! It does not matter if you know HTML mambo-jumbo or not. There are dozens of templates waiting to be overwritten and added to your website. One very effective way to earn some cash out of your website is to publish Ads from Google. This is called "AdSense" (yes, it "adds some Sense to your Site (;-)). This works as follows: 1) You can join Google´s AdSense Program for free under http://www.101homebiz.com/adsense 2) Once your login in your new created Google´s AdSense account you will be able to choose the Ad Format your want and also choose among different colours. You will get also a small sniplet of HTML Code that can be added to your Website at any place your want. Ensure that the colours of the Ads matches *exactly* those of your website. Avoid horizontal formats, use smaller formats distributed among your key content. 3) Place your ads in positions that your reader will navigate anyway (i.e. at the end of the text, or in the top right corner) 4) Combine small pictures with AdSense Ads. People will look to the picture and probably will click your ad, specially if the picture is related with the Ad. 5) Everytime someone just click on the ads, you get some cents (or dollars?) for the click. That´s all. How much can you earn per click ? Unfortunately nobody is *allowed* to tell you that as it is against the Terms of Service of AdSense Publishers. But I suggest you test it and I am absolutely sure you will get a very positive suprise (;-) Lets say the following: the more "competitive" the keywords available in your website are, the higher the earnings per click. Now the only thing you need is some nice content (keyword rich) for your website. Add Articles, Blogs, your own texts, RSS feeds or whatever you can add as a *valuable content*. There are people on the net who are very creative finding out how to combine traffic generation with AdSense Revenue. However the principal findings are allways the same: create high quality content for your website and you will boost your AdSense revenue. And please, do not be so smart to click on your own ads to earn some money, Google will discover that and you will be out of businesss. If you have followed the instructions here you will be able to create a regular additional income. Once you have understood how the system works, think about creating additional websites based on themes you are interested.
